Who is World Services and who is Excursions Mallorca?
World Spry Services is a travel agency that our family founded in Mallorca in 1986.
For more than 30 years we are specialized in providing personalized and standard touristic programs all around Mallorca.
Excursions Mallorca is the division dedicated to developing excursion programs and guided visits. We also offer private transfer services and accomodation options in the south of Mallorca. Read more in the About Us section
What excursions and touristic services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of day-time excursion, night events, beach, cultural, maritime excursions, entrance to events and water or attraction parks and other landmark objectives. We also offer "a la carte" excursions and private airport transfer or any destination in Mallorca (In/Out).
How long are the trips?
Most of the excursions that we offer are half-day (5-6 hours) or full-day trips (8-9 hours). Please check the trip schedule in the excursion description.
Where is the pick-up point? Will you pick me up from the hotel?
We always try to asign you the closest pick-up point for the booked excursion. We will enclose the information related to the pick-up point and time in an email and remain at your disposal for any other clarification.
When will I receive the booking confirmation?
You will receive by email a 2-steps confirmation of your booking: a payment confirmation and a confirmation email of your booking, disclosing information about pick-up points and times
What is the pricing for babies and children?
We consider child age between 2 and 11 y.o. and in the excursions that we organize, children benefit from 50% price discount. Babies are free of charge. Please check the price for each excursion when purchasing.
Is the meal included in the price?
The excursions that include a meal (usually, lunch or dinner) are marked on our web page. Nevertheless, in case of the full-day trips you have 2 options: having lunch in one of the places where we stop or get a picnic from your hotel, if possible.
What payment options do I have for online bookings?
You can pay using MasterCard, Visa, Visa debit cards and PayPal
I have a discount cupon. How can I use it?
In the booking page, click on the "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code" section and enter your discount code.
I need a tailor-made excursion/transfer for me or a group of people; how does this work?
Please send an email with your request at email@example.com, indicating as much details as you can of your preferences, so that we can get back to you with the best recommendation.
What clothing and shoes should I wear in the trip?
We always recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes for touristic activities. Do not forget to pack sun-compatible garment and accessories during the long sunny days.
I use a wheel-chair; what trips cand I choose?
Our buses are not equipped for wheelchair access. Nevertheless, we can keep your wheelchair in the boot of the bus. Thus, you can choose between any of the bus excursion.
What happens if a trip is cancelled?
In the rare case that such event occurs, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible and offer alternative trips, a trip reschedule or the choice of refund.
